ABOUT US NETWORK ACTIVITIES
Our Seven Privacy Promises to You
Twin Cities Privacy Network is dedicated to protecting your privacy. For those who use Twincitiesprivacy.com, we follow the privacy principles of the US-EU Safe Harbor agreement .  We also make these seven promises to you regarding the protection of your personal information:
  1. Notice: We will make our privacy policy available on our website, Twincitiesprivacy.com, so that you can easily find out how we collect and protect your information.
  2. Use and Retention Limits: We will collect and retain only the personal information that we need for defined business purposes or in order to comply with a legal obligation. We'll clearly indicate which data fields are required. In general, Twin Cities Privacy Network will only collect members' business contact information and business e-mail clickthrough information.
  3. Choice: We will respect your preferences for how we contact you regarding our TCPN events and NETWORK ACTIVITIES. If you opt out of our communications, you may still receive a communication that was already in progress before you opted out. Twin Cities Privacy Network and Minnesota Privacy Consultants are owned by the same person and share member contact information, but do not share member contact information with any other organization for marketing purposes. If you don't want your contact information shared with Minnesota Privacy Consultants, you may opt out of this sharing by contacting us. If Twin Cities Privacy Network or Minnesota Privacy Consultants are sold, your information may be acquired by the successor company.
  4. External Transfer: We will hold our service providers accountable to this policy when they perform services on our behalf that involve accessing your personal information, or confirm that they have appropriate protections. We use Constant Contact for e-mail delivery, Authorize.Net, PayPal, and Wells Fargo for online credit-card transactions, and Go Daddy for website hosting.
  5. Security: We will secure your information with reasonable technical, procedural and administrative procedures.
  6. Access: We will enable you to access and update your personal information that we hold by contacting us.
