We bring order to
data.
MPC helps
multinational corporations, government
agencies, universities, and nonprofits
find their sensitive data, classify it,
control it, and systematically retire
it. We count among our clients
15-person professional offices and $100
billion conglomerates. Founded in 2006,
MPC specializes in the industries of the
upper Midwest: healthcare,
pharmaceuticals, retail, agribusiness,
software, business services,
manufacturing, financial services,
insurance, consumer services,
information services, government,
education, and nonprofits. |
|
MPC brings three differentiators to the
market:
|
Data-driven expertise.
We dig deep into the data to
provide clients solid, reliable
advice. For example, MPC
maintains an unmatched inventory
of publicized data breaches that
guides our assistance of clients
experiencing information
incidents. We maintain a
database of Fortune 500 privacy
and security policies, data
element classifications, and
privacy and security metrics.
We also sponsor the annual Best
Privacy Advisers survey.
Through the Privacy Consortium,
we also tap into a network of
pre-qualified privacy
consultants with offices across
all regions of the United
States, Canada, the UK,
continental Europe, and
Australia. |

Global
CPO experience.
Chief privacy officers routinely
must balance budget constraints,
opposing legal requirements,
cultural and bureaucratic
barriers, and client demands.
Even experienced consultants who
have never walked in the CPO's
shoes tend to offer theoretical
and unnecessarily comprehensive
solutions. In contrast, MPC's
President is a former CPO of a
Fortune 500 multinational. As a
result, MPC's solutions are
targeted, practical, and
innovative. |

We live
your business.
We love the Midwest, its
companies, and its culture. We
patronize and know your
business. We use Deluxe
small-business services and use
MoneyGram for money transfers.
We buy our computer equipment at
Best Buy and our office supplies
at Target. We bank at Wells
Fargo, US Bank, and TCF, hold
our retirement accounts at
Ameriprise, and insure through
Medica and United Health. We
patronize Select Comfort and
Gander Mountain, and prefer
consumer goods made by Cargill,
General Mills, Toro, 3M. We
donate to local charities and
universities. By living your
business, our projects can hit
the ground running. |
